If you are a child of God, you are on the winning side! Greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world. In our zeal for spiritual truth, we must be careful. The Bible says that in the last days, there will be those who have a form of godliness but deny the power thereof. The Bible says, “from such turn away.” (2 Tim. 3:5). Praise God that we have His Spirit, and are able to discern truth and error.

As we continue the series entitled “Authentic Faith” through the book of James, we see that those who endure the temptations of life are blessed. James writes to give an encouragement, promise of reward, and a warning to those who endeavor to endure.
